Understanding UX Design as a Product Manager. User experience The international standard on ergonomics of human-system interaction, ISO 9241-210, defines user experience as "a person's perceptions and responses that result from the use or anticipated use of a product, system or service". According to the ISO definition, user experience includes all the users' emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses, behaviours and accomplishments that occur before, during and after use. The ISO also list three factors that influence user experience: the system, the user and the context of use. Features Whatsapp should add to the 'Product Roadmap'

Whatsapp may think of adding below features in its Roadmap: 1. Keywords based blocking of messages: Allow 'group admin' to define keywords such that users will be blocked from sending forwards or messages that contain keywords. 2. Intelligent program to categorize messages as religious, political or sexual: Based on users preference such messages of a particular category should be removed from visibility of user. 3. Remove the "Forwarded" tagging from the message: It is highly misleading as the app still allows user to copy a forwarded message and paste it on a new window as if he has typed all of it. "Forwarded" tagging on wishes makes them of garbage value to recipient. 4. Minimum and maximum messages limit for a period:  This will be applicable to Whatsapp groups!! This feature will allow admin to set minimum number of messages the user is supposed to send in a day to be qualified as an active member. This will inturn keep the conversatio...
